BOB-FM making its stance

As we could see with the last numbers BOB-FM is number three in the market. What does this say about the rest of the market as a whole. That people like listening to jockless randomly played music or that we need to step up our game and take this head on!!
If this continues to trend the rest of us can say bye bye to our gigs.
